Back in 2018 Isabel Overton received some funding from the Trust to participate in a volunteering trip to Kenya with Camps International.
Last week Sam Mason and Rob Waddington met Isabel to present her with her runners up certificate and prize in the Applicant of the Year 2018/19 awards. Isabel was delighted and surprised to receive the award. "It was lovely to meet both Sam and Rob and receive my runners up award. I will put the money aside towards my university funds." Isabel said.
Sam and Rob asked Isabel about the trip and were shown lots of photos. Isabel told the Trustees that she hopes to take a year out at some point and do some more travelling but in the meantime is looking forward to some holidays abroad.
