Mentoring

Our Mentoring Services encompasses schemes such as our Digital Youth Hub (DYH) programme.

They are project based - meaning that we offer the services in different catchment areas and sometimes for deafferent demographics, depending on the projects we are running and who we are collaborating with.

We currently offer our mentoring services in King's Lynn and West Norfolk.  For more details about eligibility, get in touch.

In 2021 The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) awarded us a grant to deliver the DYH, taking referrals from selected Job Centres in in order to help young people overcome barriers and secure employment.

Now in its third year, we're happy to report that it has been extremely successful overall.

With the hard work of our Employment Support Mentors we surpassed our initial targets and have now helped over 290 local young people into work.

Additionally, the Support Mentors have enabled more young people to take part in other employment-related opportunities including; work experience, trial days, volunteering schemes and The Princes Trust program.

The programme currently operates hand-in-hand with Jobcentre Plus King’s Lynn.

We look forward to helping more young people achieve their potential for the duration of the project.
