The Trust was delighted to support the Building Growth Skills Network's Construction CPD Day at East Coast College today - talking to teachers, work coaches and other education professionals and also hearing direct from key construction organisations.
A fantastic day of insightful discussions focused on bridging the gap between education and industry, focusing on ensuring that young people can access the exciting opportunities available in our region’s construction sector.
It was great to connect with others who are equally passionate about supporting the next generation of construction talent, and really helps inform our future interactions with employers and young people looking at careers in this sector.
