Mentoring Service

Our Mentoring Service encompasses schemes such as our support for Boost and aims to give young people the help they need and deserve to move forward into employment.

We assign a mentor to work with candidates on a one-to-one basis, helping to identify and overcome barriers to work, working on confidence issues, identifying skills, helping to locate relevant job opportunities and providing assistance with CV writing, interview techniques and mock interviews.  We can also refer candidates on to other services for help and advice on specific issues.
